The Managers in our business are integral to the success of SCL. Whether you are looking for a job in our Head Office or in a regional management role supporting our operational teams you will have the freedom to run your team to achieve the best they possibly can.

Our Managers have all been carefully selected as they demonstrate and are passionate about the SCL values, developing others and ensuring our Learners and Children experience the very best.

We provide our Managers with a Management Development Programme, a Leadership Programme and tools and systems to support them in their leadership role. It is important to us that not only do our Managers develop their teams but that we develop our Managers so that their careers can continue to grow too.
