Real Life Stories
Vic joined the business in 2003, and has since embarked on a real journey with SCL, securing and demonstrating success in a number of roles, and adding a whole host of strings to his bow along the way.
Most recently, Vic impressed within his role of Regional Manager for the South, and now continues to look after our Southern region as Curriculum Manager. A true pioneer, Vic encompasses each of the four SCL values, and has done since day one.
Demonstrating his vast experience, knowledge and understanding of the industry, Vic inspires everyone he works with. Vic combines his passion for both sport and education with his day-to-day job role. Whether working with 4 year olds, 16-18 year olds or tutors, Vic’s experience and passion shines through.
Excellence is undeniably one of Vic’s best traits, as he continues to benchmark and set high standards for both the Primary and Education & Training teams. Having supported Lewis and Steve from day one, Vic continues to demonstrate his reliable character as he progresses his career.
Reflecting on Vic’s understanding of the business and its needs, Steve Franks, Managing Director, Education and Training, explains: “If you were to cut Vic in half, so to speak, he’d bleed red, white and blue”.
Why is Vic holding a trophy?
Because… Vic recently celebrated an impressive 15 years of service at SCL. Vic is a fantastic role model to all learners and staff.
